What We Do

TaylorCX uses a blend of therapeutic techniques coupled with a deep understanding of human nature and behaviour to help you identify and address what’s holding you or your organisation back.

After an initial deep dive into the company culture to establish context, coaching takes place at leadership level, where the resulting behavioural and cultural change trickles down throughout the organisation. This creates positive and productive change for colleagues, partners and stakeholders.

How does it work?

We use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which is a simple therapeutic method proven to relieve stress, ease difficult emotions and address the root causes of distress.

Used in the workplace, EFT can help with the development of confidence, self-awareness and empathy – the key attributes of effective leadership.
